Abode at Great Kneighton has been named as one of the Top 60 Developments for 2015 by Inside Housing magazine. 

The Top 60 Developments celebrate success and innovation in delivering new homes. The list highlights achievements in ten areas, from design to sustainability. In each area, the best development will be chosen by an expert jury. Abode at Great Kneighton is highlighted in the Best Designed Development of the Year category alongside five other developments. The award winners will be announced on 16 October.

Jury member Neil Goldberg, director of town planning at Urban Community said: "The scheme excellently achieves a sustainable and compact development, offering a unique village setting within a vibrant mixed-use community."
