Turner House receives 'Special Recognition for Landmark Office Design’ at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards

Turner House recognised at PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards

Proctor and Matthews' design for Turner House for developer Raiaskaran has been awarded the ‘Special Recognition for Landmark Office Design’ at the recent PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (India).

The mixed-use office building in the heart of Bandra, Mumbai’s most celebrated cultural neighbourhood, includes 14 floors of ‘boutique’ office suites above three levels of prestigious retail space which incorporates the part re-building of an existing 19th century historic bungalow. The contemporary design of the façade is inspired by the distinctive Indian gothic architecture of Bandra and central Mumbai.

Jeremy Williams, managing director, Marketplaces, PropertyGuru Group, said: “Congratulations to the distinguished companies and projects that have raised the standard of real estate in India. The winners represent the continual improvement in the quality of real estate in India, showcasing a readiness to meet the demands of NRIs, the domestic housing market, and investors. We look forward to seeing many more such exemplary companies committed to transforming the nation’s property sector for the better.”

Proctor and Matthews have collaborated with local practice Hafeez Contractor on the project which is currently under construction.
