Ejuna joined Proctor and Matthews in 2020 and has since worked on a number of urban projects including the masterplan for the Carpenters Estate in Stratford, East London. The ambitious regeneration project will create over 2,000 sustainable homes with better connected streets and new community and business space.
Alongside her design skills she has developed specialised expertise in community engagement and 3D modelling. She has been responsible for developing the BIM strategy and protocols for the Carpenters Estate Masterplan. While working on the project, Ejuna was central to delivering a series of workshops and events for young designers including VR demonstrations and drawing classes.
Ejuna completed her architectural studies in Italy and France at the Università degli Studi di Ferrara and Ecole Nationale d’Architecture et Paysage de Bordeaux. Her master's thesis focussing on sustainable tourism development formed the basis for a joint research project between the University of Ferrara and POLIS University of Tirana and went on to be exhibited in the Biennale di Pisa in 2017.
Ejuna is fluent in Italian, French and Albanian and enjoys spending time in nature, climbing and hiking.
