Ivan Dikov:

Architect

Qualifications:
BA (Hons), MArchD, ARB

Ivan completed his architectural studies at the University of Dundee before joining Proctor and Matthews in 2018. He has since worked across a wide range of projects including developing innovative housing typologies for multiple sites across Hertfordshire and Inholm, a sustainable urban neighbourhood of 400 homes that sets pioneering townscape design principles for the wider new town of Northstowe near Cambridge.

Following his work on the Inholm masterplan, Ivan was part of the team developing and delivering a bespoke modular heritage centre in Northstowe. The building is designed to store artefacts discovered in the excavations for the large new settlement and serve as a venue for the public and local communities. Ivan has developed skills in complex information modelling and also acts as one of the software advisors in the practice.

Outside of work, Ivan enjoys both high-altitude hiking and low-effort city roaming. He is also a gym enthusiast, home bartender and cook.
